Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulsyr ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a work dashboard application available at pulsyr.in. By purchasing a license or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Terms

2.1 Subscription

Pulsyr is offered as a yearly subscription at the current price of INR 4,999 per year (inclusive of applicable taxes). Each license grants your organization access to the full Pulsyr dashboard, including all features: task management, finance tracking, calendar, timesheet, goals, notes, team chat, file storage, activity log, user management, and all integrations.

2.2 What's Included

• Access to the full Pulsyr dashboard for your organization.
• Unlimited users within your organization.
• Your own isolated Supabase (PostgreSQL) database.
• All feature updates released during your subscription period.
• CSV export and direct database access.
• Slack and Google Drive integrations.

2.3 License Key

Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique license key. This key is required to access the dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Sharing your license key with unauthorized parties is not permitted.

3. Account Responsibilities

When using Pulsyr, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during purchase and setup.
• Maintain the security of your Supabase credentials and license key.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your organization's account.
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or license key.
• Manage user access within your organization through the admin tools provided in the dashboard.

You are responsible for the administration of your Supabase project, including managing database passwords, user accounts, and security settings.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data stored in your Supabase database. Pulsyr does not claim any rights to your data. This includes but is not limited to tasks, financial records, calendar events, timesheet entries, goals, notes, chat messages, uploaded files, and any other content you create through the dashboard.

Your data is stored in standard PostgreSQL format and is fully portable. You may:

• Export your data at any time using built-in CSV export tools.
• Access your database directly through Supabase's dashboard, SQL editor, or API.
• Migrate your data to any other system at any time.
• Delete your data partially or entirely at your discretion.

We do not access, read, or process your operational data during normal operation. The Pulsyr frontend connects directly from your browser to your database.

5. Service Availability

Pulsyr is provided on a best-effort basis. We strive to maintain high availability but do not offer a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

The availability of your data depends on your Supabase project's uptime, which is governed by Supabase's own service terms and infrastructure. Since your data resides in your own Supabase project, you can access it directly through Supabase even if the Pulsyr frontend is temporarily unavailable.

We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or make changes to the Service from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, but some downtime may occur.

6. Payment and Refunds

6.1 Payment

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. The subscription fee is payable annually in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change pricing for future subscription periods with reasonable advance notice.

6.2 Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting us through our contact form. Refund requests made after 7 days or for renewal subscriptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We recommend using the free demo to evaluate the Service before purchasing.

6.3 Renewal

Licenses do not auto-renew. You will need to manually renew your license before it expires to maintain access to the dashboard. We will send renewal reminders via email before your license expires.

7. Termination and Cancellation

7.1 Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation or license expiry, you will lose access to the Pulsyr dashboard interface. However, your Supabase database and all data stored in it remain completely untouched and fully accessible to you. The license only controls access to the dashboard UI — your data is yours regardless of subscription status.

7.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive or fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. In the event of termination by us, your data remains in your Supabase database and is unaffected.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or cancellation, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access the Pulsyr dashboard. Your Supabase database, data, and any files stored in Google Drive remain under your control. There is no vendor lock-in — your data is in standard PostgreSQL and can be used with any compatible tool or platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services (Supabase, Razorpay, Google Drive, Slack) that you use in connection with Pulsyr.

You acknowledge that Pulsyr is a frontend application and that data stored in your Supabase database is subject to Supabase's terms, infrastructure, and availability. We are not liable for data loss or corruption that occurs within your Supabase project.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Store, transmit, or process illegal, harmful, or objectionable content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Pulsyr application.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure or other users' use of the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other clients' databases or accounts.

10. Intellectual Property

The Pulsyr application, including its design, code, branding, logo, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Pulsyr and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the Service but does not transfer any ownership of the application itself. You retain all rights to your own data as described in Section 4.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes amicably before resorting to formal legal proceedings.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
